Author's Biography

    Pastor Kevin and Katherine Corbin

Kevin is a Canadian who came to know Jesus while in his 30's. Click here to see why he became a Christian after years of skepticism.

Kevin is pastor of the Strathcona County Evangelical Free Church (the cowboy church)

Of his wife, Kevin says, "Katherine is a gift from God. She is my helpmate and my best friend. She is a fully qualified rehabilitation practitioner, employed as a developmental specialist. She works with children with disabilities and their parents in the home, in the community and in schools."

Kevin writes in a variety of genre for both Christian and non-Christian audiences. His work has appeared on the web, as well as in a variety of local, regional, national, and international newspapers and magazines. He has more than 2,500 published articles/devotionals.

He is also the author of two popular e-Books, HaShem - "the Name" - A Study in the Old Testament Names of God and Tabernacle in the Wilderness - A Roadmap in the Desert both of which are available elsewhere on this website.

Kevin is a former commercial banker and a traumatic brain injury survivor. He has a strong ability to take the timeless truths of Scripture and present them in a way that is relevant to people's daily lives.

Kevin believes that a person's faith is an integral part of each person's daily living. His writing and speaking reflect that approach. To arrange to have Kevin fill your pulpit or speak at your conference, email us.

It is Kevin's fervant prayer that all people should be drawn into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Kevin believes all Christians need a church home. He also believes that the brotherhood (sisterhood) of the Body of Christ ranks greatly in advance of denominational lines and traditions. All who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Personal Lord and Saviour are part of the same body.

To God be all the Glory.
