One source puts it this way, “Becoming more like Christ is the desire of every believer, and it is encouraging to know that God has the same desire for us. In fact, the Bible says that God “predestined [believers] to be conformed to the likeness of his Son” (Romans 8:29). Making us Christlike is God’s work, and He will see it through to the end (Philippians 1:6).”

Called to right beliefs and right living

There isn’t a church group or a Christian alive who hasn’t got at least some part of the picture wrong. Still we are called to both right beliefs and right living

What is the church? The hands and feet of Jesus.

What is the church? it’s a question we often get wrong. “Church people and God’s people are not the same thing. Church people go to church. God’s people are the church.”
