Many people claim to know about God, but relatively few truly know Him and have a relationship with Him. He calls to us, enabling an intriguing peek. That peek is designed to call us into an ever-deepening relationship with Him.

We can trust that since He created us for the purpose of being in Glory with Him forever, He knows exactly what our hearts truly desire and will have that ready for us.

Gathering with my brothers and sisters in Christ from every era, tribe, language, and culture will be too marvelous for words.

Somebody, somewhere, is watching how we live our lives

The turbulent waters of the storm would not overwhelm Him.

“Always remember that if you plant beans, you’ll get beans. If you plant corn, you’re going to get corn. So be careful what you plant.”

I am suggesting a radical old idea. Allow the church and its leadership to love people where they are. Let the church be all it was called to be. 

We are called to forgive and be graceful. We are called to be loving and generous. That’s hard to do when we’re in the midst of a self-created, self-centered hurricane of anger and frustration.

In the pews and in the pulpit, there are sheep and goats. In the ministry and the masses there are weeds and wheat. We will be surprised when we get to glory, both by who is there and who is not.
